Hello can you please identify this top sash, bought 2 window channels 3440, upon removal of window I found these 2 sash broken, I took measurements of the sash,

It's tough to tell what you have from these pictures. Could you show me an undamaged version of this top sash guide? Can you also tell me the dimensions of the undamaged version? In the meantime, you can see our entire selection here.

thank you for your replay, I have 5 windows, all sash are completely broken, only 1 was half way decent picture is attached, I was looking through your selection looks like the product code 18-009 may be the winner, see pictures attached. please advise

The 18-009 is similar, but it really does depend on your specific dimensions. I'm afraid with the damage to your existing top sash guide, and with just a tape measurer, we cannot confirm if the 18-009 will work. There are too many variables we cannot account for. I am sorry we can't give a more definitive answer.
