Window Balance 30 3 EN CALDWELL

Help me identify this part. My window balancer that says 30 3 EN CALDWELL and the metal part is 31" long.

This balance looks like Series 380 or Series 385. Measure the shoe to tell which one. Series 380 has a 1" shoe, and Series 385 has a 1-3/32" shoe. Then you'll need the length of the metal bar and the weight of the window sash to choose a balance length and weight option.
