Can you tell me what parts I should purchase?

I am in need of replacing (2) CertainTeed window Pivot Shoes, Old Style.  (2) CertainTeed Coiled Springs, 3/4 Wide.  (2) CertainTeed Lance Spring Covers, Wide.  Basically, the top part of my CertainTeed Double pane tilt window is, extremely, difficult to raise up and down.  I would like to replace all the components will fix this.  Can you, please, let me know what parts I need to purchase?  Thank you for all your help

Take a look at our 15-192 CertainTeed pivot shoe, which uses the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs, and compare the dimensions to yours to see if this matches up. If you're not sure what coil weight to choose, look for number(s) stamped on the spring. If there aren't any or if they're too faded to make out, you'll need to weigh your sash and divide the weight by the number of coils on both sides of the window to determine the correct strength option.
