Can you tell me who manufactured my door?

My door has the following listed on the frame - ali ti-1 astm e-2190-arg Series 411 - Double sliding door - frame size 71.5x 95.5I(see photo for more information). The lock has broken(I think a spring inside). I know you sell replacement parts but I am looking to know the actual manufacture of this door is as it still might be under warranty. Can you please assist with that information.

I'm sorry to say that this sticker doesn't tell me who made your door. There is sometimes a manufacturer code on this kind of certification sticker, but in your case the spot where that's usually printed as torn off.

I'm sorry that I can't give you a clearer answer.

I'd be happy to see if we sell a compatible replacement, but at this stage I don't know anything about your door or the hardware it used. In order to find a match for the lock, I'll need to see it. Would that be possible?
