Coil balance parts

Question

My double hung windows (36 inchesX42 inches)  spring  balance broke. Window won't stay open.Can you tell by looking at enclosed photos parts I need to order to repair.

Hello,

We can't be sure with the hardware still installed but your mounting bracket is similar to the 16-031. If so, you may need the 15-087 housing pivot, which uses the Series 180 coil springs.

We can't make any guarantees but take a look and compare the specifications below to your parts uninstalled. You'll also need to locate the stamp codes on your coil springs to choose the corresponding strength options. Thank you!
