Cannot Find Exact Tandem Roller Match

Quick Learner from San Diego, CA
We are trying to replace a "Del Mar Eng, Long Beach, CA tandem roller. It has identical dimensions to Swisco #81-052, so we bought two assys from you. However, two differences prevent using your assys.

1) see photos of original -yours has countersunk and threaded mounting holes on top; the original is flat plate, 17/64" holes only. Our very short mounting bolts screw into threaded door plate, thus will not work with Swisco threaded & dimpled mounting holes.

2) Original has flat sides, Swisco has two "ledges" that prevent fitting through our door vinyl slot.

Do you have an assy matching our original assy? Or can you modify your processes to fab two parts we need?

Many Thanks

Thank you for your patience in this matter. How about our 81-163? Check it out and let me know what you think.

Thanks for suggesting 81-163 But I don't think would work because it is 1/4" taller than my double roller and the wheels would not retract enough to clear when trying to reassemble onto track. I know this because I reassembled my door with your 81-052 and it was difficult to push onto track even with wheels fully retracted.
I have solved the problem by a) cutting the vinyl slot to clear the wider 81-052 and b)found slightly longer screws (phillips-head) that worked fine.
So I am back in business and the door (very heavy double pane)rolls beautifully, better than new with your double rollers.
Thanks, Dick
