Hi, hoping you can help identify the replacement product I need for this window crank. The missing crank opens the window to the right.

Hello,

Your handle and cover remind me of the 39-375 and 39-376 but we would need to see your assembly with the window open, so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible, to confirm if these parts would be compatible with yours. Thank you.

Hi, see attached. Another question, do I need a full replacement or just a cover. You can see in the one photo attached earlier the handle came clean off from a falling blind.

Good catch! I didn't notice at first because your operator spline where the handle installs broke off so evenly but since it does appear to be damaged, you will need to replace the entire assembly. It's hard to be sure of which operator you have based on seeing the arms through the screen, but it does resemble the 39-220B and 39-221B. Take a look and see how the specifications shown on our product pages compare to yours to confirm.

Hi, you sent me both a LH and a RH mount. When I stand inside and look at the windows, the crank that is broken is on the left and when I use the crank it would be opening to the left.

I assume I need a LH mount but can you confirm?

Also, if these parts you recommended are not the correct fit, what is your return policy?

Also, the current cranks I have is like a soft grey (see pictures in previous post). The crank operators you sent do not seem to have a color that matches, is there anything closer to the color that you see in the picture you can recommend?

We base handing for these types of operators based on the side of the base that the handle attaches to. If the handle attaches to the left side, you would need the 39-220B. If it mounts on the right, see the 39-221B.

Unfortunately, the 39-375 and 39-376 handle and cover kits used with these operators are not available in gray but we do offer multiple color options to choose from on our product pages.
