Cannot Remove My Window Channels

Question

I need to replace some Series 351 Cahnnel Balances but am having trouble getting the window off the frame. As long as old balances are still in the track, the window wont come out even up at the top. Only way to get the old one out was bend it. How will I be able to get the new ones in and get the window back in the frame?

There should be a type of take out clip in your window that catches the old Series 351 and allows you to remove the sash. See the video below. If you don't have any take out clips that you can see, let me know and we can come up with a way around it.
