Hello...We purchased a home 3 years ago and several casement window bracket arms are breaking away from the windows themselves to control the window. I cannot find a brand name anywhere on any windows...it is a 3 story home. I am hopeful you can help me find a solution to replace those parts and if you do not have anything that will work for me, please let me know if you can figure out the manufacturer.
