Cannot find name or number anywhere on part

Question

I need what I think is a side mounted balance for my 20yr old window.28inch tobe and 29inch auger type inner shaft .it is in a manufacturer home and top window is stationary.vynal window. House is sold and needing parts sap. Thanks
