Cannot find right size for Andersen split arm operator

A handy person from Nesquehoning Pa. says:

The split arm operator I have show the frame holes father apart for example the outer holes are about 4 1/2".

My house was built in June 1998 when windows were installed.

The only replacement operators I see have 3 15/16" outside hole distances.

The regulator Frame part number is c-9400-1.

Can you help me get the correct operator.

Thank you.

Robert

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hey, Robert. This looks like our 39-264, which has a 3-11/16" hole spacing. That's still smaller than yours, so you may need our 39-382 adapter plate. This is designed to allow the 39-264 to install on older windows made from 1995 to 1998, which sounds like exactly what you have.
