Question 1:
My metal channel piece measures exactly 14-11/16. Do I buy 15" or is that too long and I should buy the 14" instead. Picture 1
Question 2:
Does it matter what kind of hook is on the channel? I do not see anything that matches what I have. Picture 2
Question 3:
Are the bottom wings on this item 15/16 inch? It does not say. It looks like my original wings are 7/8 inch. Wil 15/16 inch fit? Picture 3.
Cannot find the exact fit.

Before we suggest anything, can you tell me what the stamp on the metal channel reads? Can you also tell me how many you need?

The stamp reads 14 2. There's no other marking on the channel. I'm not sure what brand it is. Where can I find the window brand? I need two channels, to replace one window.

There's no need to know the brand of the window. These balances are generic and used in about a million different windows, so knowing the brand won't help. That 14-2 stamp is just what we need, though. I'll email you an order link and price quote right now for 2.
