Cannot find this part anywhere! :(

Question

The only marking on the handle is on the inside: CD 440K. It has the locking mechanism inside the handle with the silver clawed plate as you see im the pictures, and no traditional mortise (or anything) within the door itself. There is a receptacle attached to the wall that receives this locking plate yo lock the door. This one is keyed but we do not care if a new one is keyed or not. Thank you for your help!

This appears to be a match for our 82-036 handle set. This ought to work for you, though we are no longer able to supply the key lock since it's not made anymore. Either way, look this product over and let me know if you had any questions!
