Canopy window operators

I have 9 canopy windows with operators that are now 21 years old and showing signs of wear and corrosion. The one replacement operator I still have has the following part numbers:31254 and 31255 for the left and right arms. The crank assembly part number is 2135397. Need help ordering replacement assemblies; 2 lengths when extended: 15" and 18" Can you help me out?

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Thank you!

Thank you for the photos. Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement that will mount to the window the same way that yours does. I'm sorry that we can't offer more assistance but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
