Can't Find Similar Latch

HI, I have been looking for weeks for a latch that will fit into the window. I can't seem to find it anywhere. The latch will slide out and it has a little spring. I can't find markings anywhere either on the type of window. They look original to the home which was built back in the 60's to 70's time frame. Please let me know if you have the part or know something that will work with the part.
