Can't determine part number needed due to bottom foot

A home owner from Melbourne, FL says:
Unique 28-B-20 is the marking on the balancer. Milestone single hung series 1000 windows. The bottom foot appears to be 7/8", but the only two choices I see are 1" and 1.xx". It also looks a little different than the picture. What would be the part number I would need? Or do none of these work for my windows? The top foot is measured with the yellow tape, the bottom with the clear blue ruler. Thanks!

We don't carry stock balances that use a 7/8" deep shoe (our 15-029), but we can provide them for you via custom order. How many of these balances do you need? From there I'll write up a quote for you.

A home owner from Melbourne, FL says:
Let me try just two to make sure they work before I buy too many.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

I just sent you an email with a custom link to order (2) 29" balances with the 19-005 Top and 15-029 Bottom attached. They will be stamped 2820, which indicates they are meant to support a sash in the weight range of 12 through 16 pounds. Let me know if this all sounds right, or if you have any other questions prior to placing your order.
