Can't determine weight of window for balance

Question

I have a sash with the #s 25 3 BN Caldwell,on them.

The metal part of the sash is 26" long and looking at your catalog it appears to be your # S385-26. But I have know way of knowing the weight #. this is a double pane vinal window which I cannot get out of the frame.

Frame size 20 3/4w x 28 3/4t x 1 3/4 thick.

Any ideas for me?

Thank you for posting. Based on your stamp, I think you may want the 2530 stamp option. This can carry a window sash weight range of 15 through 19 pounds. However, I highly recommend that you weigh your window sash just to make sure.
