Can't figure out how to 'snap in' my glazing

I purchased a sample of 55-164 to confirm it was like my existing trim. While they are the same, your sample has like a 90 degree angle. Hence I can't slip the bottom edge into the slot since the sample is very stiff and the 90 degree angle prevents the bottom edge from going down. What is the trick to getting the snap-in to work?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. Our 55-164 is meant to be springy, as indicated by the image below. This should allow you to snap it in. Are you unable to bend the 55-164 as indicated?

It is a little springy, which you would expect for this material (especially a 2.5 inch piece). Your video shows the piece flexing 'in mid air'. Try flexing it and stuffing it into the area immediately adjacent to the glass.

I'd like to see your video showing you 'spring' a piece 2 feet long and insert it into a window. After 'springing' my little sample a few times, it actually failed/broke in half.

Surely someone has some experience installing this particular glazing. Given a 2 foot section (example), how does one install it? I assume from your other video that you start in the center. But again, this seems way easier said than done. Your installation video (of another glazing) made it look like no effort whatsoever.

I really want to buy your product but without some installation guidance I'm afraid I'd be wasting my money.

Looking at your sample picture, I actually think the issue may be that the 55-164 is the wrong choice for your window. I think our 55-192 may be a better option. I recommend trying a sample of that and seeing if it's easier to install.
