Can't find Lazy Susan hinges

We are trying to replace Lazy Susan hinges. We're pretty sure the cabinets are from Lowe's, but after visiting 3 different stores and wasting a year, no one can tell us for sure.

Do you have replacements for these? The one has KEA stamped on it, but no numbers. The other has 115 degrees BT408B stamped inside.
