Can't find hinge

I have a home built in 2002 in Tampa Florida. I have a set of exterior metal french doors. Each door has 2 sets of hinges, not 3. The hinges slide INTO the frame and the door. Whatever was holding the hinge together has failed. One hinge sets on top of the other and it seems that there is a bushing missing. The doors are also an unusual size, which may help. The doors each measure 93" x 34" (the opening is 96" x 71", too short for a 96" door) I've checked the doors and frame for identifying marks but have found none.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement for the type of hinges you would need. Your best bet would be to try a local hardware store or perhaps somewhere like Home Depot or Lowe's.
