Can't find my balance attachments combination

Question

I just received the parts, S351-24. Upon Inspection I realized I made a mistake in identifying the proper Channel Balance and the top piece is not correct. When I went back to your website today I could not find a match with the proper top and bottom. I have attached two pictures of the top piece that is on my current window. Can you please advise what the proper part number is for my channel balance?

That looks like our 19-005 top. Assuming you have the 15-002 bottom of our Series 351 then your balance will have to be custom made. I'm going to email you a custom order link and price quote that you can use to place an order on our website. Please let us know if you have any questions!
