Can't find my balance attachments combination

A quick learner from USA says:

I just received the parts, S351-24. Upon Inspection I realized I made a mistake in identifying the proper Channel Balance and the top piece is not correct. When I went back to your website today I could not find a match with the proper top and bottom. I have attached two pictures of the top piece that is on my current window. Can you please advise what the proper part number is for my channel balance?

That looks like our 19-005 top. Assuming you have the 15-002 bottom of our Series 351 then your balance will have to be custom made. Check out this Custom Channel Balance Request Form I've started for you based on your specifications and fill out the blank fields.
