The picture is sideways(?). It is square flat against the rear of drawer. The slits are at the top. The rod on which it slides is on top running front to back. The broken one does not have a skinny slit. It was broken off so the drawer drops off the rod. Rod goes front to back. These are kitchen drawers. PS The rod runs
Under counter - front to back. This is really frustrating!!

Thankyou for your efforts. Any suggestions for an alternative system? The bar has to go overhead with a slide that would fit or whatever you think might work.. thanks, Susan

The only thing we have in our inventory that might work is the 32-053 but we can't promise that it will. We've never used this kit to replace your old guide so we can't verify its compatibility. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
