Can't find replacement anywhere

Can't find anything that will fit. Everything I've found has recessed parts. Hole spacing is 6 5/8". Any help is appreciated.

Unfortunately, this handle set isn't made anymore. Other customers have told us they've gotten 82-036 to work, if you want to give it a try.
