replacement door handle for Truth patio door

Hi, I cannot find anything similar that will fit my patio door after my Truth Hardware door handle broke recently. I called the manufacturer and their listed distributor in my town but haven't heard back. Can someone recommend something that would fit? The distance between the handle holes are 11.5" between holes and 12.5" including the diameter of the holes themselves. The diameter of the holes appears to be around 1/2 and inch. If the hole for the lock doesn't match, I'm ok as I can lock the door on the track. Any recommendations? I am located in the greater Toronto area (Ontario, Canada).
