Can't find the right hinge anywhere

Question

This is a hinge that is on a custom built entertainment cabinet. It has a 165A45 mark on it as well as JFH. I have purchased three different hinges and brought them home only to find they do not fit correctly The holes on  the face plate are about 9/16 of an inch apart.

Thanks for posting. I am afraid we don't have an exact match for this hinge, it likely is no longer made. See our 32-349 or 32-344. Compare both with your old hinge and see if you think either could work for you.
