Not always a quick learner, but a homeowner, nevertheless. The sash weighs 21 pounds, and the stamp is 2390 CG B.S.I. 25, although the length of the balance, excluding attachments, is 24". I have some photos that might help ID the six replacement balances I need for three windows. Oh, I almost forgot; I read about a "hemmed" edge or something like that, where the metal edges on the balance are turned outward and folded against the outside, and this balance looks like it fits that description. I hope this is enough info.
Thanks for your help,
Shari

Good morning, and thanks for posting. Looks like your top attachment is winged, while your bottom is not. Since this doesn't match any of our standard Series, your balance will have to be specially made.
Before I can work on that, though, I'll need to figure out what that bottom shoe is. Check out our 15-001 and 15-002 and tell me which is a closer match.
Comparison of 15-001 & 15-002
Can you also tell me what the weight of your window sash is?

I believe the 15-002 is the match. Same color, also. The sash weighs 21 pounds. Please let me know the cost for 6 balances.
Thanks,
Shari
