Can't find this hinge

And I need it in brushed silver tone.
Markings:
PAT267 CAN
and
PAT 3.391.420

I didn't take pics with it installed on kitchen cabinets.

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid we don't have a hinge quite like this. The 32-107 looks like the closest in terms of how the flap is configured with the hinge; but I'm afraid you'll have to drill holes to make this work. Let us know what you think.

I have these same hinges. Did you end up having to drill new holes on the doors and frames?
