Can't find this pivot bar

I know you have a lot of pivot bars, but I can't find this one. the mounting screw is 1-5/8" from the head.

Please start by looking at our 26-226 and 26-352 pivot bars. I don't think the total length is that important, but I am concerned about whether the mounting holes match up to the one you show in your photo. What do you think? Could you use either of these for a replacement? Double check your measurements just to be sure.
