Can't find this window balance spring

Question

The metal Chanel is 1/2", actually 9/16" but I'm told its considered 1/2". It is 28" long and is stamped 2730

Hello! Thanks for posting. I would start by looking at our S395-28 channel balance. This has a 19-005 to and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match up in terms of design and size then I think you'll be okay. Keep in mind that your shoe looks a little damaged, so you may want to use an unbroken version as a reference.
