Can't get the window back in

Question

Good morning -

I ordered channel balancers for my window - they match exactly the ones I needed to replace. My order and part number should be on file.

However, I can't get the window back in. I need about 1/8th of an inch more to clear the right-side frame.

Do you have any tips and tricks to help me?

Have you seen our video below to install non-tilt channel balances such as the S395-21 that you purchased?

If you're following the same installation process and still having trouble, that makes me think that another part in the widow may be broken or that there may be a slight difference in the depth of the bottom fitting compare to your original balances. If that is the case, we would need to confirm the exact depth of your bottom fitting compare to the diagram below. It would also help to see detailed photos of one of the original balances uninstalled. Thank you.
