Can't identify a replacement snap-in check rail for double hung windows

Question

The manufacturer is Atrium Aluminum Products, window series 775. The home was built in 1998, and I need to replace each window's snap-in check rails - the part where the bottom part of the upper sash and the upper part of the lower sash come in contact. I have seventeen 3' wide double hung windows. Are you able to identify the SWISCO replacement part? Thanks!
