Can't identify this hardware

A contractor from North Carolina says:
I know it's Truth hardware, but the numbers are mostly rusted out.

It looks like 307X4B or something like that. The "X" is for a number that is completely unclear. The bottom slide rail is 10" wide. The metal piece attached to the bottom of the sash is 8" wide approximately.

We need all of that hardware top and bottom set.

Your operator resembles our 39-171 and 39-172 but I suggest comparing our dimensions with yours to confirm these match up to your original assembly. 

As for the hinges, see if the dimensions of our 36-048 match up to yours.
