Can't open my apartment window

Question

Do you have anyone, out in the field, that can come to our complex with all the parts to see if they all work?
Chances are we're going to need to replace parts to more than just mine (I know, off hand, at least one other unit that will need the replacement. We have 19 units...at least 2 casement windows in each.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid that isn't a service that we offer. However, the parts in your photos resemble the 36-031 pivot hinge set and the 39-091 and 39-092 casement operators. Please note that the link arms for the operators are discontinued, so you'll have to reuse the old ones. Review the specifications for these parts and see what you think.
