All we can see is that it is a certainteed window on the locking system.
The bottom balance is either crumbled at bottom of window or missing.
Windows will not stay up if unlocked.
Also need help with how to install parts.

Your pivot show looks like our 15-192, though we would need to see your hardware removed from the window to be certain. This pivot shoe is used with the S170 and S171 coil springs.
