Cant seem to find correct pivot lock shoe

I was only given this piece of pivot bar, and a picture of the pivot lock shoe with dimensions, to find replacements. I believe the pivot bar is 26-226, based on the style and dimensions of the first hole. I can not seem to find a pivot lock shoe that corresponds to the dimensions i was given, 1" wide, 1/2" thick, 2 1/4 Tall. I assume height is not as critical, however i have only been able to fine 1 1/4" wide.
