Can't seem to find replacement handle

Can someone help me find out what model door handle this is . I also need to find the piece that it locks onto because it no longer locks. Thanks

Your patio door handle set appears to be a match for the 82-080 Mortise Style Handle Set (or the keyed version, 82-081). To confirm that this is the right fit for your door, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them.

Your keeper appears to be the 89-042 Multi-Point Strike Plate which uses the 89-043 Strike Cover.

If you are looking to replace the compatible mortise lock, I'll need to see a photo of it to narrow down the correct replacement. There are few compatible with this handle and strike plate.
