Cant seem to find these anywhere

Hey there home owner sent these to me. I cant seem to find them anywhere. Do you have an idea which they are?

This hardware has actually been discontinued, but Andersen suggests the 39-206 operator and 39-286 handle to substitute it. Check it out and let me know what you think.
