The casing is 27" long, 9/16" wide, and 1/2" deep. I hope the photos submitted are clear. I have searched and called all over and this series is discontinued of course. I am a property manager for a low-income senior independent living complex with 23 units that all have this window series. I need several of these balances for repairs. I really hope you can help me.
