Capitol Lock Bar

Question

I have one that is jammed and I can't open the door. It won't push all of the way in.  Any suggestions?

Capitol has been out of business since the 90's. All I can suggest is to push the door closed as tight as you can and lightly tap the 82-102 lock bar in to allow you to unhook it from 82-210 door handle keeper. See if that works.
