Capitol Windows Balance Model Number?

I need help identifying the Model Number for this window balance. The window was installed in my house in 1999. It is a Capitol Windows and Doors (now MIWD) window. This balance is 27" long but I need several. Can you identify the Model Number for me?

Sure, I think I can do that. Please see our S770-27 channel balance. This appears to be a very close match to your original.
