Thanks for posting! We do not have exact matches for either of the seals you are searching for but there is a chance we may have a replacements that could work for your repairs. 

Take a look at the 58-053, 58-114, and 58-170B for the kerf mount seal. The T-slot seal can possibly be replaced with the 58-171 or 58-182 Foam Filled Bulb Weatherseals. Carefully look over each of their dimensions on the website to determine if any of them could work for your repairs.

If you are unsure, I'm happy to provide you with an order link to try 1 to 2" samples of them, I'll just need to know the product codes you'd like to try.
