Caradaco Window Crank

A home owner from Michigan says:
I have caradaco windows, one of the cranks wouldn't shut the window.. I noticed that it looked stripped.. I believe the operator shaft is all I need to replace. I can not locate any part numbers but hopefully the pictures I took will help you identify the type..
Thank you
Stephanie

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hi Stephanie. Unfortunately, when that worm gear pops out of the operator, that indicates the entire internal mechanism has broken down and the whole operator needs to be replaced. I think your operator might be our 39-348, but you'll need to carefully go over the dimensions just to confirm. Let me know what you find.
