Caradco Casement Hardware

Question

HI, I contacted Jeldwen about replacement hardware for our Caradco windows (circa 1998-2002). Do you have this crank (handle and operator cover in bright brass)?

This is the same piece of hardware just before and after tile demo. Also, do you know if the operator cover can be taken off by itself or do I have to replace the entire operator (cover, crank mechanism, and operator bars that connect to the window)?

Hello there. We do have a limited supply of the 39-322 Bright Brass Operator Cover, but I am afraid a crank handle with the same finish is no longer available. You can also consider our options with the 39-114L handle and 39-107 Cover. Apologies for any inconvenience.
