Caradco Sliding Door Locking Mechanism replacement

Hi,
We have seven of these doors where the lock mechanism does not work. Caradco is out of business so am hoping you can tell me what to buy. The locksmith said we need a replacement "3-point" mechanism.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the multi-point mortise lock in your photos. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting!
