As for your operator, we'll need to see a photo of the arms that move the window sash in and out to identify a replacement since most operators have similar handles and covers shown in your photos. Perfect. It appears that your operator could be either our Entrygard 39-032 or Caradco 39-156, depending on the length of the shorter link arm. Take a look and see which set of dimensions matches up to your operator. 

If you're referring to the handle, both operators use our 39-144L.
