Caradco Window part replacements

Quick Learner from Canby, MN
I need to replace a few items:
Window opener
Window lock
Originally installed in early 2000's
My husband is able to replace them, we just need to purchase the correct part (s).

Hello,

For the lock in your photo, take a look and compare the dimensions to our 38-098 sash lock. As for your operator, we'll need to see a photo of the arms that move the window sash in and out to identify a replacement since most operators have similar handles and covers shown in your photos. Thank you!

Perfect. It appears that your operator could be either our Entrygard 39-032 or Caradco 39-156, depending on the length of the shorter link arm. Take a look and see which set of dimensions matches up to your operator.

If you're referring to the handle, both operators use our 39-144L.
