I could not upload photos on your website. The gears are stripped on my window operator. Is a replacement part available?

I have additional information on the operator. The numbers stamped on the are 31545 on the small arm attached to the mechanism and 40761 on the 12 inch arm on the left. I viewed an item on your website #39324 where to main body looks similar but the arms are a scissors type going to a single attachment on the window. If the original is not available, could this be adapted to my window with the single clip?

Thanks for posting. I don't believe your exact operator is available, but see our 39-348. This looks close, but compare with your old operator and see what you think. The biggest difference between our operator and yours is the style of the base. You will need to remove your old sill cover to access the screws, but otherwise I believe it could work.
