Caradco casement window parts

Question

I have ordered some parts from you for my windows that work great. I found out after working on them I need the sliders on top and bottom of the windows that have arms and plastic sliders that go in the frame on top and bottom where the window pivots. The plastic is broken off of the metal and letting them bind up or pop out of track. Thanks

Hello! Looks like you need new hinges. We don't sell this exact assembly, but you ought to be able to use our 36-048. The catch is that you have to replace the top and bottom at the same time.
