Caradco operator cover and handle

I purchased 39-114L and 39-107 because I wanted to change my hardware colors to white. My contractor prefers a handle with a set screw. Can we use 39-114 instead?
Will this handle work with the operator cover I have selected? Is this the correct operator cover for my operator?

The 39-107 and 39-114L certainly look like close matches to what you show. These are made by Truth, who has eliminated the set screw from their design for an enclosed locking spring.
