Caradco sliding patio door

Question

Looking for replacement vertical door seal (exterior side). Glass says it's Caradco. It's that whitish hard pvc/vinyl in pic.

I'm afraid that I can't ID what you have from these photos. If at all possible, could you remove a sample and show me a photo of the end profile? The video below will go into more detail as to what I mean.
