I have 11 Caradco windows that I am going to use in a new edition. I have only one latch for them it has PN 30838A on the latch

I'm not sure what you have, exactly. You could consider our 38-097 and 38-098, along with the 38-079 keeper, but you will need to carefully compare our pictures and measurements to your own hardware to confirm.
